FAQs

What does FBO stand for?

FBO stands for Fixed Base Operator, which is the term used for organizations that work in conjunction with airports (usually municipal) to support and facilitate private aviation services.

Do extra passengers results in higher costs?

As long as the number of passengers does not exceed the aircraft’s capacity, there is no charge per passenger. If the number of passengers flying exceeds the aircraft’s seating capabilities, a larger plane will be needed which may result in higher expenses.

When are the aircraft able to depart?

The biggest benefit to charter services is that customers are able to be very flexible when determining their departure dates and destinations. Our charter pilots and aircraft are available 365 days a year, at any time of day. All you have to do is tell us your destination and desired arrival time, and we’ll work to schedule the rest.

Are there bathroom facilities on board the aircraft?

All jet, prop, and some smaller twin-engine aircraft are equipped with personal relief facilities. When scheduling your flight we can provide you with specifications on your chosen aircraft.

How many bags can I bring?

Baggage restrictions will vary depending on the size of the aircraft and the number of passengers. Our staff will be able to work with you in advance of your trip to advise you on the appropriate size and weight of your luggage.
